Hydraulic Engineer – Melbourne
This role involves leading the design, delivery, and management of hydraulic and fire protection services for new and existing buildings, including applying innovative design processes and coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design and oversee hydraulic and fire protection systems.
* Coordinate with authorities and other disciplines.
* Produce client reports and stay current with industry technologies.
* Implement business development, client engagement and project management practices.
* Monitor project timelines and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree in Engineering with sound knowledge in hydraulics and fire protection systems.
* Experience across infrastructure, commercial, education, retail, industrial and critical systems.
* Knowledge of facilities management operations, maintenance procedures, local authority requirements and infrastructure requirements (local experience essential).
* Prior experience or understanding of REVIT/BIM delivery.
* Excellent communication, project management and client‐focused skills.
