We are currently seeking an experienced Viola Teacher to join our Music Department.
This is a casual role commencing in Term 1, 2026 and will see you taking one on one and small group music lessons for students from Years
Support with ensembles, clubs and performances may also be required on occasion.
The successful applications will:
* Demonstrated experience as a Peripatetic Music Tutor (Strings).
* The ability to teach viola across Years 2 to 12 to students of all abilities. Capacity to also teach violin is preferable.
* Willingness and ability to conduct and assist string ensembles is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a member of a Music Department
* Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
* A demonstrated understanding of Child Safe practices.
* A current Working with Children Check card and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
* Demonstrate active support for the Edmund Rice charism, Edmund Rice schooling, Catholic.
