About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive
Executive Assistant
to provide reliable, confidential and professional support to our Director and Healthcare Director. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast paced environment.
You will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications and ensure the Directors are fully prepared for their commitments. This is a varied role, suited to someone who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in enabling leaders to focus on driving the success of the company.
This position will be offered as a full-time permanent position.
Duties include:
* Manage and coordinate diaries, meetings and events
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism
* Prepare and edit high quality correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals and briefing documents
* Ensure the Directors are fully prepared for meetings and engagements, including compiling papers and background material
* Manage confidential information with absolute discretion
* Handle expense management for the Directors
* Show initiative in problem solving, process improvements and day to day operational support
* Provide additional support to other members of the Hesperia Leadership Team as reasonably required
About You
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic and high performing environment. You are proactive, adaptable and confident managing competing priorities, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the business.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role (exposure to the property industry desirable but not essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow up and organisational skills
* Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
* High level of initiative, problem solving ability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Vehicle owner with a valid driver's licence
