What you’ll be doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships across the Noosa Hinterland & Sunshine Coast
* Converting opportunities from our database and your own networks
* Managing listings with admin and marketing support to help you stay focused on results
* Working across our two-office presence (Pomona & Cooroy) to maximise your exposure and connections
* Using strong marketing, branding, and database strategies to maximise every listing opportunity
* Growing your personal brand within a collaborative, team-focused environment
Who we’re looking for
* Proven experience in real estate — either:
o Residential
sales
, or
o A
BDM / business development role
with strong results
* A confident communicator and skilled relationship builder
* Someone who is proactive, organised, and driven to succeed
* Someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, clients, and results
* A team player who values culture and contributes to a positive environment
* Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
