We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and plan menus with creativity and precision
- Manage food and labour costs while maintaining quality
- Order and maintain stock of fresh ingredients and supplies
- Oversee the quality of dishes throughout preparation and service
- Collaborate with managers, dietitians, and front-of-house teams
- Share expertise by demonstrating techniques and guiding kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook exceptional dishes with consistency
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in the training of apprentices
Minimum 1 year relevant chef experience, certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma of hospitality.
