CCA NSW is a busy, non-profit community organization, providing services to frail aged/ disability clients for over 55 years to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. Our services include Family Day Care (early childhood), Aged Services, Meals on Wheels and other services for seniors, NDIS disability services, Youth supports, Financial Counselling, and a range of Community Services supports.

**About the role**:
The Executive Assistant position is a trusted and critical member of the team who executes tasks efficiently and accurately under pressure. This position requires, high-level confidentiality, The work involves multi-tasking, project management, and working collaboratively with various teams to deliver organisation's goals and objectives. This role requires a combination of project management, communication, and marketing/social media skills, prioritising tasks and managing the Business Executives' priorities and supporting teams work along with their own.

Salary package $80,000 to 90,000 incl Supernnuation depending on qualifications and experience.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Ability to follow and implement Business Executive directions and decision making.
- Sound communication (oral and written), produce compelling reports and submissions that demonstrate analytical skills
- The ability to research, collect and analyses databases and information.
- interpersonal and liaison skills and the ability to provide a professional approach in dealing with staff, corporate stakeholders and the general community.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proven ability and flexibility to work independently and as a team member.
- Sound knowledge in Administration, project management, Marketing,
- Modern computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated capacity to learn and implement new software and manage database.
- Ability to achieve results with a business like approach.
- Ability to develop collaborative and productive working relationships, supporting teams to achieve set outcomes and participate in strategies and events.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Demonstrated drive and integrity.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to create engaging and shareable content and understanding of social media analytics and tools. Familiarity with SEO and SEM practices.
- Experience with graphic design (Canvas and Adobe Premier) tools for creating visually appealing posts. Ability to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in organising and promoting events both online and offline.
- Genuine interest in the CCA NSW mission and values, and an ability to convey passion and commitment through promotional efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high level administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Business Executive and General Manager and within the teams generally. The work is often of a confidential nature and a high level of confidentiality and discretion is required.
- Prepare and edit documentation, correspondence, agendas and other papers for meetings and committees chaired by the Business and presentation material and papers as required.
- Responsible for setting up relevant databases and office procedures to meet the informational requirements of senior management.
- Support volunteer recruitment work.
- Participate in the development of Business Plans, Policies and Procedures.
- Establish and maintain databases to provide statistical and other reports relating to sector's business operations and performance.
- Attend committees and meetings provide appropriate secretarial support services.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our organisation online presence.
- Createand curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content and enhance outreach.
- Develop compelling and shareable content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with team members to gather stories, testimonials, and updates to showcase the impact of CCA NSW work.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns andfundraising events and other key activities.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing and social media efforts through analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Any other duties as directed by Business Executive.
