Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in organisational change management
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Prosci, and Human Centred Design
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and change communications
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci), Agile, or Human Centred Design preferred
