We are seeking a talented and commercially astute Senior Accessories Designer to join our creative team and lead the design direction across our accessories categories. This role is ideal for an experienced designer with a strong aesthetic, deep product knowledge and a passion for creating premium, market-leading accessories that elevate the brand and resonate with a discerning customer.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end design strategy across accessories, ensuring collections are on-brand, commercially successful and beautifully executed. You will work closely with Buying, Production and Marketing to translate trend, insight and brand vision into cohesive seasonal collections.
This is a senior, hands‑on role that requires both creative leadership and strong technical capability, with ownership from concept through to final production.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design direction across accessories categories
* Develop seasonal concepts, colour palettes, materials and silhouettes aligned to brand DNA
* Create detailed CADs, tech packs and specifications for sampling and production
* Work closely with Buying and Production to ensure designs meet commercial, margin and quality targets
* Research global trends and translate them into refined, premium product appropriate for the local market
* Review and approve samples, fittings, materials and finishes to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
* Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to innovate on materials, construction and finishes
* Support mentoring and guidance of junior designers where required
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, VM and E-commerce to ensure strong product storytelling and launch execution
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Accessories Designer within a premium or luxury fashion environment
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design aesthetic, craftsmanship and commercial awareness
* Deep understanding of accessories construction, materials and production processes
* Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and CAD design
* Confident working with offshore and local suppliers
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial and production realities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
* Passion for premium product, detail and brand integrity
