The Role:
As a real estate agent within the OBrien Network, you’ll receive continuous sales training and listing support while working alongside a fantastic team of sales agents and property managers. Your day-to-day activities will include:
* Client prospecting for potential sellers
* Conducting property appraisals
* Listing properties for sale
* Processing buyer enquiries
* Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations
* Following up on pre and post appraisals
* Networking for new business opportunities
* Conducting open for inspections
* Managing a CRM database
Required Experience:
* Completion of the Agents Representative Course is a must!
* Current or previous real estate sales experience is preferred
* Experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives
* Knowledge of CRM systems (AgentBox, RP Data) and proficiency with various computer systems
Skills & Competencies:
* A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate
* A valid driver’s license and presentable vehicle
* Advanced communication skills to describe, explain, and market properties
* A focused and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail
* Strong work ethic, positive outlook, and professional presentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player mentality with leadership aspirations
* Exceptional follow-up and database management skills
* The drive and persistence to succeed in a competitive market
