You'll lead a talented team, shape the company's Credit and Collections strategy, policy and process, and use data-driven insights to optimise cash flow, reduce bad debts, and manage credit exposure for our diverse national customer base.

About the role Reporting to the CFO, and leading the Credit and Collections team, you will: · Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures spanning credit risk management and advanced debt collection · Partner with sales, operations and customers through the sales lifecycle to minimise and resolve customer issues · Reduce debtors and improve working capital performance through disciplined credit control practices · Lead, mentor and develop the team to achieve targets and customer outcomes · Leverage data and reporting to prioritise the workload of team members and inform the leadership team About You You will be a highly motivated credit leader with:
• Extensive experience in senior credit risk and collections roles within medium to large, preferably ASX-listed organisations
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams, adopting an industry best practice approach
• Demonstrated experience in policy development, risk frameworks, and governance for credit management
• Strong background in managing credit risk across diverse enterprise and public-sector customer segments, including complex and high-value accounts
• Experience in stakeholder engagement up to and including executive level Why Join Us?
