We are seeking a high performing, experienced automotive leader for our Audi Mosman dealership to join as our General Sales Manager. To be considered for this role, you must have a history of success in the luxury segment in Automotive in Australia, be at the very top of your field and be able to demonstrate the following: Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership Achieving and exceeding all major budget targets Leading, developing and coaching staff including team building, driving high performance and achieving targets Overseeing new cars, used car and the finance departments Working as part of a larger dealership network and within an ASX Listed company Achieve KPI targets set by the company and the manufacturer Set a clear direction and vision for the business Skills & Experience: Must have proven experience in a General Sales Manager, Aftersales Manager or General Manager position with proven success in all key areas of responsibility. Impeccable people management skills. Thorough understanding of commercial and financial business management. Ability to build mutually respectful & productive relationships with OEM brand partners Natural mentoring and leadership skills Above all else you need passion, drive, and a desire to deliver above benchmark results.
