Position Overview:
As a Store Supervisor at Shopstiz Australia, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth business performance. You'll play a key role in creating a positive work environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support store team members in daily activities
* Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product organisation
* Oversee customer service standards to ensure satisfaction
* Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting store targets
* Train and motivate staff to maintain productivity and professionalism
* Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
* Report to management on store performance and improvement areas
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or a supervisory role (preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
