Our client is a leading Independent Creative Agency based in Brisbane and is now looking to grow their client services team with another addition of an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that their clients' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
* Lead and manage client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
* Understand clients' needs and objectives, and develop and implement strategies to achieve them
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are executed successfully
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to provide strategic direction
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
* Prior experience working on retail brands is is highly desirable
