We're seeking an experienced Area Manager – Early Learning Centres to lead and support a portfolio of early learning services across WA. We're looking for your inspirational leadership to guide our ELC services and empower our Y People in their learning and growth—while growing alongside us.

What you Will be Doing
As an experienced Area Manager – Early Learning Centres you will lead and support a portfolio of early learning services across WA. You'll provide strategic guidance to ELC Directors, drive continuous improvement, and ensure each service meets high-quality standards, regulatory compliance, and performance targets. Through your leadership, you'll make a meaningful impact in the community while upholding a strong and ongoing commitment to safeguarding children.
From day one, you'll receive a warm welcome with a cuppa and a tailored induction alongside our ELC General Manager and fellow Area Managers.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Coaching and supporting ELC Directors
* Driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver service improvements
* Managing budgets and performance targets
* Visiting sites across Perth and regional WA
* Assisting our services with the delivery of our School ReadY programme: org.au/what-we-do/child-care/early-learning-centres/school-ready-program
You'll be great in this role if you have…
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood settings
* Financial management experience, including budgeting
* Strong understanding of National Quality Framework, Workplace Health and Safety, Fair Work Legislations and Code of Ethics
* A flexible leadership approach that thrives on challenge and change
* The ability to travel across services including regional WA
* National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
