Role Overview:
This position provides senior leadership support across a flexible school environment, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders and teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain programs catering to at-risk young people, requiring expertise in leadership and reflective practice.
* Deliver trauma-informed care and wellbeing initiatives to help young individuals build a learner identity, achieve positive social outcomes, and re-engage in education.
* Design and implement learning pathways and assessments tailored to diverse characteristics, needs, and learning styles of at-risk youth.
* Promote a culture of Respect, Safety, Honesty, and Participation, facilitating a collaborative framework for staff, young people, and families to resolve differences and negotiate learning.
