About the Role
This Administration Officer position provides key support to the Child Protection program. Responsibilities include preparing high-level correspondence, complaint management, diary management, meeting preparation, minute taking and coordination of administrative functions.
You will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders from various sectors, including government, private, public and community services. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential, along with effective communication skills.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide assistance with office processes, records management, financial information and client payments under general direction.
* Respond to queries, provide timely advice and undertake follow-up actions as required.
* Support the presentation of meetings and conferences by coordinating papers, organizing venues, catering and travel arrangements.
