Sales Operations / Sales Administrator

We are seeking a Sales Operations / Sales Administrator to be the operational engine behind our sales organisation. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and pace, and enjoys supporting sales teams to close deals faster without carrying a sales target.

You will own CRM accuracy, sales documentation, pricing coordination, and cross-functional workflows across renewals, expansions, and new business. While experience in a Telstra Partner environment is highly regarded, we also welcome candidates from non-Telstra or adjacent industries who have strong sales support or sales operations experience and can quickly adapt to complex approval and compliance frameworks.

This role works closely with Sales, Pricing, Product, Implementation, Finance, and partner stakeholders to remove administrative friction, improve deal execution, and enhance customer experience. Job Summary


The Sales Operations / Sales Administrator is the operational backbone of the sales organisation, responsible for removing friction from the sales lifecycle and enabling Account Managers to focus on revenue growth, customer strategy, and relationship management.

This role owns the process-driven, administrative, and commercial coordination activities across renewals, expansions, and net-new business. By managing CRM integrity, documentation, pricing coordination, and cross-functional workflows, the Sales Operations / Sales Administrator accelerates deal velocity, improves accuracy, and ensures a seamless customer experience.

The role is critical to scaling the business efficiently, supporting both Direct and Indirect sales channels, and maintaining strong governance across Salesforce, TPC, and Telstra systems.

Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to increase sales efficiency and execution quality by:

* Reducing Account Manager administrative workload by up to 50–70%
* Improving data integrity and compliance across all sales systems
* Streamlining documentation, pricing, and approvals
* Strengthening alignment between Sales, Pricing, Product, Implementation, Finance, and DAC
* Accelerating renewals, upsells, expansions, and new business execution

This role functions as the sales engine, ensuring that opportunities move quickly, accurately, and consistently from initiation through to implementation handover.
