Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and building new business relationships across large strategic accounts in the APAC region. This role requires a hunter mentality to build pipeline and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Market map the region and target key decision makers at the VP and C-level area.
* Develop and grow key relationships with new business and currently partnered organisations.
* Leverage internal teams to build customer relations and solve issues to drive demand and lead generation.
* Full sales cycle from research to negotiation and pricing, utilising all previous sales experience.
* Accurate reporting and effective use of CRM systems.

Requirements:
* 5+ years' of experience selling SaaS or HR Tech.
* Demonstrated experience with solution selling and ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel (20%).
