This is a Full Time (76 hrs / fortnight) Fixed Term appointment for up to 6 months initially, to cover a period of Parental Leave. Fixed Term appointments include the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
What is our Administrative Officer role?
Reporting to the Director, Youth Mental Health, the Administrative Officer provides a confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Director and wider department.
The NMHS Youth Mental Health Service (YMHS) provides several clinical mental health services to young people in Western Australia experiencing various challenges in their wellbeing. The program operates from various sites, providing acute and ongoing care focused on young people's strengths and recovery goals.
In this role, you will support the NMHS Youth Mental Health Service (YMHS) directorate to achieve the corporate and operational leadership requirements to ensure the whole program can operate safely and effectively.
Based in East Perth, the role provides administrative services including but not limited to record keeping, agendas and minutes, invoicing and other financial processes, service accommodation support, as well as supporting other administration officers and programs in youth mental health.
