The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join this award winning team Monday through Friday, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales campaigns and providing valuable marketing support to the Director. Reporting to a dynamic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Manage all marketing campaigns
* Help out with front office duties
* Brand marketing for this successful team
* Book and design marketing collateral
* Liaise with sales agents in relation to campaign marketing, listing details etc
* Coordinate settlement gifts
* Update website home page and feature properties
* Digital marketing and profiling – including Facebook, Instagram, Domain
* Agent marketing
* Updating templates, email signatures and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
The Candidate:
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Previous experience in Real Estate
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license
* Strong administration and communication skills
