Job Title: Food & Beverage Team Leader, Banquets (Part-Time)
Overview: In this leadership role, you'll support the banqueting operations manager in delivering seamless and memorable events – from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and weddings.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Leading and motivating the banqueting service team during events, ensuring service standards and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Overseeing event setups, turnarounds and pack-downs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in line with event orders.
* Liaising with the banquets kitchen, conference & events sales team, and wider resort departments to ensure flawless event execution.
* Training, coaching and supporting team members to uphold intercontinental brand service standards.
* Monitoring rosters and managing shift allocations to ensure service coverage.
What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience in food & beverage, ideally with exposure to events, banquets or large-scale operations. A natural leader with strong communication, organisation and time management skills. Confident in supervising and motivating a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, professional approach. Current working rights in Australia
