About the Role:
You will be based at our head office in Cardup, Monday to Friday, and will represent our company's interests across five divisions. Your key responsibilities will include providing high-level advice on organisational policies, award interpretation and HR best practices.
* Providing expert guidance on organisational policies and award interpretation
* Handling sensitive and confidential information
* Leading change management initiatives across the business
* Conducting workplace investigations and providing recommendations to resolve issues
* Supporting the performance review process, including probation assessments and performance improvement plans
* Mentoring HR team members on employment relations and industrial relations topics
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, strong understanding of Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation, ability to work independently, confidentially and with integrity, proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite, and a current and valid Western Australian drivers licence.
