KJR is seeking a Senior Test Analyst and a Test Analyst toagatewayplatform modernisation. The project replaces the current proxy with a next-gen cloud security solution, improving safe internet access, policy consistency, availability, and reducing risk.You'lldeliver manual system, integration, and regression testing, contribute to SIT and UAT, manage defects, and work with agile squads to write test cases and report outcomes.
This is a contract role starting 12 January 2026, initially for 2 months, with the engagementanticipatedto continue for a further 6–12 months and potential for ongoing work. Testing is primarily manual, with the opportunity to contribute to automation if you have the skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute system, integration, and regression testing aligned to sprint schedules.
* Develop andmaintaintest cases and test documentation in line with requirements.
* Log, track, retest, and verify defects through to closure.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, architects, project managers, and SMEs to confirm scope and resolve issues.
* Support UAT preparation and execution, including defect triage support.
* Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
* Contribute to accessibility (WCAG), performance, and security testing where needed.
Key Deliverables
* Executed test cases withclear evidenceand outcomes recorded.
* Defect logsmaintainedand updated accurately.
* Sprint test status updates including issues/risks.
* Support documentation for SIT/UAT and environment readiness.
* Test summary reports documenting results and recommendations.
Required Experience & Skills
Test Analyst
* 2–4 years' experience as a Test Analyst on complex business systems.
* Experience in health and/orgovernment delivery environments ismandatory.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident working in agile teams with multiple stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines.
Senior Test Analyst (in addition to the above)
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst testing complex, integrated systems.
* Demonstrated experience leading SIT/UAT activities, managing defects, and supporting triage.
* Proven ability to coordinate testing across cross-functional and vendor teams.
