O'Brien Plumbing North Wollongong is seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Scheduling and Coordination**: Organise and schedule plumbing appointments, and communicate job details with both clients and the plumbing team.
- ** Customer Service**: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and efficient service.
- ** Data Entry**: Accurately maintain client records, job sheets, and company documentation using Simpro management software.
- ** Payments**: Process customer payments.
- ** Inventory Management**: Assist in ordering and tracking plumbing materials to ensure availability.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**: Maintain and file compliance documents, safety records, and licences in line with industry regulations.
- ** Reporting**: Assist in preparing job progress reports, and other key administrative documents as needed.
- ** Team Support**: Provide administrative support to management and assist in coordinating with the plumbing team to ensure jobs run smoothly.
- ** Simpro Management**: Use **Simpro** software to manage job scheduling, track project progress, create quotes and invoices, and monitor overall business operations.
- ** General Office Duties**: Maintain a clean and organised office environment, and undertake any additional tasks as directed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with **Simpro** or similar business management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role (experience in the trades or plumbing industry is advantageous but not essential).
