Production Associate Role
This key position within our manufacturing facility supports a busy workload on the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will contribute to the production of high-quality products by operating various roll forming machines in our metal processing plant.
* Maintenance and Operations:
* Operate metal folding, roll-form and pressing machines, as well as general sheet metal equipment.
* Interpret product drawings to program the machine according to specifications.
* Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment.
About You:
* Experience with sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll-form machines and metal bending machinery.
* Ability to conduct basic preventative and breakdown maintenance.
* Familiarity with technology for programming machinery.
* Effective problem-solver who can develop solutions meeting customer needs.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Commitment to quality production.
