As a Cleanliness and Guest Services Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas, replenishing supplies, tidying storage areas, and checking appliances.
You will also be expected to safely dispose of waste, report any maintenance needs, respect guest privacy, and protect property.
* Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is required.
* A strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role.
* A warm and supportive attitude towards guests and colleagues is a must.
* Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures is necessary.
