**THE CLIENT**
Established for over 60 years, the client is the authorised Case IH distributor for the NSW Northern Rivers region and surrounding North East NSW agricultural districts. Based in Casino we carry a large range of new Case IH tractors, machinery and spare parts.
We also offer a range of agricultural engineering capabilities, hydraulic hose manufacturing, component rebuilds, routine preventative maintenance services, equipment and machinery overhaul/rebuilds.
This is an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and motivated technical sales professional.
**THE ROLE**
- Drive the full sales process
- Develop new and existing customer relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Provide dealer support and conduct regular dealer visits within the designated sales territory.
- Provide quotes and negotiate prices and credit terms on sales
- Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting to dealers and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and participate in training and knowledge sharing
- Utilise Farm Tech systems to process sales and to ensure excellent flow of sales process
- Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods and services and resolve any problems
- Arrange for the delivery of machinery and installation where appropriate
- Perform machinery demonstrations
- Prepare sales report and marketing advice
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Tertiary education within Business / Sales and or Marketing fields
- Experience in customer service/sales either from an Agricultural, Industrial, Automotive or technical field would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Great communication skills and down to earth/practical approach
- Self-driven, ambitious, able to work autonomously, be results orientated and determined with a passion to succeed.
- A team player who recognizes the importance of balancing internal and external relationships
