Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Member Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales, reception, and merchandising team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, touring, closing, and getting referrals for future sales. They will actively seek new business opportunities for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote Our Services: Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrollments
* Cash Handling: Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fitness Passion: A passion for health and fitness
* Customer Focus: The ability to deliver first-class customer service
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar position or related field
Australian qualifications such as a current First Aid & CPR Certification and Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check are also required.
