* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
* Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution and ensuring a positive work environment.
* Performance Management: Guide managers in effective performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
