The Role
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing initiatives for our client to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through aftersales services and activities.
This role requires a dynamic and innovative individual with a deep understanding of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
The Marketing Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with stakeholders (OEM and dealers) to achieve agreed goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a cross‐functional team, and engage stakeholders fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure the team are equipped to meet their goals effectively.
* Lead dealer POS development and implementation initiatives to strengthen customer support/aftersales performance at retail level.
* Equip dealers with tools, training, and communication materials to enhance customer interaction and execution consistency.
* Develop and roll out customer facing materials for Aftersales programs across the dealer network.
* Ensure brand guideline compliance, making sure brand messaging and visuals are consistently reflected across all dealer and customer touchpoints, maintaining a strong and unified brand identity.
* Define clear goals and KPIs for dealer‐facing initiatives, track performance, and adapt implementation in line with the overarching strategy.
* Oversee the end‐to‐end lead management process by defining, segmenting, and nurturing different lead types across the funnel to maximise conversion and customer lifetime value.
* Develop and implement data‐driven lead management initiatives and targeted campaigns that drive quality leads, enhance customer engagement, and generate measurable sales revenue.
Campaign Development
* Plan, and execute new campaigns to generate increased customer satisfaction, engagement, retention and loyalty through dealer aftersales.
* Increase accessory sales across the dealer network through regular initiatives/programs.
Digital Marketing
* Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Develop and implement digital aftersales channels to build omnichannel capabilities and channels to cater for various customer purchasing preferences.
Program Launches
* Lead the marketing execution for new aftersales program launches, coordinating efforts between OEM and the dealer network to ensure successful market introduction
Engagement
* Establish and nurture relationships with key OEM's & dealer stakeholders
* Represent our OEM to the dealer network and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Gather and analyse marketing data to generate insights, track performance against KPIs, and present reports to management.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at OEM and dealer network to align marketing efforts with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
About You Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in automotive.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior and market trends.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated success in implementing marketing programs, preferably in automotive.
* Ability to adapt to a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience in an automotive environment is highly desirable.
