* Wellington Point | 30+ Hours Per Week

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're a thriving construction company committed to quality workmanship, safety, and outstanding client service and we're looking for a reliable Admin / Office Assistant to support our growing team.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with at least 12 to 18 months of administration experience, ideally in the construction or related industry who's ready to take the next step in their career.

The role is onsite at our Wellington Point office, working 30+ hours per week, with flexibility around working hours.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in keeping our office and projects organised by:

* Managing calendars, appointments, and team communications
* Assisting customers in person, by phone, and via email
* Handling paperwork, data entry, and record keeping
* Keeping files and customer documents up to date and organised
* Ordering and tracking office supplies or project materials
* Supporting project teams with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
* Communicating with subcontractors and assisting with project planning
* Helping ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
* Preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

What You'll Bring

* 12–18 months of admin experience, ideally in the construction industry
* Experience in customer service
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Great time management and multitasking abilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Familiarity with customer databases, document control, or compliance systems (a plus but not essential)
