About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and marketing. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. You will be responsible for:
* General administration processing for all properties listed for sale including but not limited to creation of listings in REX, preparing proposals, marketing plans, filing and web updates
* Coordination of sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and Agent Box
* Supporting changes during sales campaigns
* Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
* Preparing proposals and administration of new listings
* Processing of exchanges
* Supporting data entry, reporting, projects and process improvement initiatives as and when required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Previous residential real estate experience (NSW)
* Real Estate Licence and current professional development certifications
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong systems knowledge
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Strong local area knowledge
