Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders involving technical components (valves, fittings, regulators, etc.)Provide first-line technical support and product selection guidance to customersRecord detailed communication notes using SAP and ZendeskManage enquiries and resolve first level technical customer issues with a focus on problem-solvingDevelop strong technical relationships with customers across Australia and New ZealandCollaborate with our Sales, Engineering and Field Service teams as part of a cross functional technical support structureWhat's in It for You?
