The role:
We are seeking 2 reliable and detail-oriented Casual Part-Time School Cleaner and 1 Casual full-time cleaner to join our team in Karratha and Roebourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment across all areas of the school and office. The Cleaner will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure that all facilities remain clean and tidy.
Casual full-time working hours are Monday to Friday, around 35 hours per week
Casual part-time working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2.30 PM to 6.30 PM.
Please note: It is not FIFO role. We prefer candidates who resident in Roebourne/Karratha.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all areas of the company, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
Empty trash and recycling bins
Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Always maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and equipment
Valid WA C-Cass Driver's license
Must hold or be able to obtain the following:
- Construction White Card**
- Working with Children Check
- Department of Education Police Clearance
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
