We're seeking a
Sales Manager
to lead national sales efforts across Australia. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and working closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions for major corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large corporate clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
* Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to design client-specific solutions
* Lead consultative sales processes, including presentations and negotiations
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Contribute to international growth initiatives in emerging markets
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5 - 10 years experience in commercial, sales or business development roles, with a successful track record of developing outcomes, revenue and relationships across the BESS, renewable energy or related energy technology sectors
* Understanding of energy storage applications and market dynamics
* Ability to work and make decisions autonomously
* Strong blend of technical and commercial acumen; ability to communicate effectively with engineering and commercial stakeholders
* Independent thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Sharp mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow
