We are seeking a professional with a sales-driven mindset to take on the role of Merchant Sales Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans for acquiring new merchants across Western Australia, with a focus on presenting and selling appropriate products to their business.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as effective negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the Head of Partnerships to develop and implement a merchant acquisition strategic plan
* Building a pipeline of target merchants aligned to the goals of the business
* Prospecting, acquiring, and contracting new merchant partnerships to the Entertainment Membership
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver bespoke marketing campaigns and negotiate exclusive opportunities that deliver value to both the Merchant and the Entertainment Members.
You will also be responsible for regularly visiting key Merchants and occasionally handling Member complaints in person.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong commercial acumen, who can quickly identify opportunities for sales growth and assist in executing strategies.
