You’ll step in as an Account Manager, driving client strategy and campaign delivery, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to current business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop communication strategies and programs for clients
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions
- Create professional client strategy documentation in line with agency templates
- Mentor and coach junior and showroom staff to contribute to client plans
- Implement PR plans including editorial, activations, sponsorships, events, and social media
- Research and draft media releases and write a wide range of media materials
- Develop media strategy, identify news angles, and pitch to relevant media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media networks
- Monitor media trends and report insights to clients and junior staff
- Develop and implement client event concepts, including liaison, creative concepts, execution, and evaluation
- Assist with sourcing, negotiating, and leveraging client sponsorships as part of the PR mix
- Monitor client‑relevant issues in media and report accordingly
- Assess opportunities to enhance client plans and results
- Set KPIs and measures for clients and ensure media coverage targets are met
- Manage the delivery of monthly client reports or activity statements

Qualifications
- Bring 3+ years of relevant experience
- Have luxury fashion PR, events, and paid influencer experience
- Preferably have experience in the Australian market
- Agency experience is highly regarded
