What You'll Do
* Diagnose and resolve complex AV issues including audio, video, and control systems, handle escalations from L1 technicians, and troubleshoot projectors, LED walls, video conferencing setups, DSPs, and control panels.
* Perform preventive maintenance, monitor system health, ensure optimal performance of conference rooms and auditorium AV systems, and configure devices including switchers, codecs, amplifiers, and Crestron/Extron control systems.
* Provide on-site and remote user support during meetings and events, train end users on AV equipment operation, create operation guides, maintain detailed incident logs and system documentation, and assist with AV deployment, upgrade, and vendor coordination.
What You Need
* Practical experience in AV system troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-site support.
* Working knowledge of AV hardware including projectors, microphones, DSPs, and matrix switchers.
* Familiarity with control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or AMX.
* Basic networking understanding including IP addressing, VLANs, and AV-over-IP integration.
* Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
