We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our leaders and teams. This hands‐on role provides end‐to‐end generalist HR support, partnering closely with leaders on workforce strategy, performance, employee relations, capability development and change. You will support our BOC, Elgas, South Pacific Welding and Select Logistics businesses. This role suits an HR professional who is confident operating across both strategic and operational people matters, who will enjoy working closely with the zone Director, line leaders and the HRBP team to deliver practical, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Trusted advisor to the zone leadership team to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
* Drive talent, succession, leadership, and capability development activities
* Lead and advise on employee relations, EBA, performance, conduct and investigation matters
* Support workforce planning and engagement initiatives
* On site recruitment and onboarding support
* Lead people aspects on change programs
* Provide workforce insights and data‐driven recommendations to leaders
* Contribute to national HR projects and programs
* Review, interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures
What Makes You Great
* You are a confident HR business partner with strong commercial judgement, providing excellent service to leaders and closely connected to operational teams
* Experience as a generalist HR Business Partner
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
* Knowledge of employment legislation and experience supporting blue‐collar workforces
* Experience with workforce strategy, talent management and building capability
