Our client is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their professional team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of 105 properties with the support of a Leasing Consultant.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end portfolio management of 105 properties
Cultivating strong client relationships
Ensuring timely resolution of rental arrears
Preparing for and representing the company in Tribunal hearings when necessary
About You:
A minimum of 2+ years' experience managing property portfolios
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Impeccable personal presentation and a highly professional demeanor
Valid Driver's License
