About the Role
Lendlease Construction provides innovative project management, design and construction services driven by sector-focused knowledge and experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.
* Design management and coordination.
* Client management and liaison.
* Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements.
* Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.
* Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas.
The successful candidate will have an Australian citizenship, a Government Security Clearance, and ideally 4-8 years of experience in the construction industry.
