About the role
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for storytelling and a heart for empowering women? We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our vibrant Victorian team. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth across our industry-leading audio, digital media, and influencer marketing platforms. You'll be the face of Mamamia for a portfolio of independent agencies and direct clients, crafting integrated advertising solutions that truly resonate with our audience. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: * Drive revenue growth across audio, digital media, and influencer marketing by developing strategic partnerships with agencies and direct clients.
* Manage and nurture a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maximising revenue opportunities through deep relationships.
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the Mamamia network.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through the execution of strategic sales plans.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom, compelling proposals and presentations that align with Mamamia's unique tone.
* Stay at the forefront of social media and influencer trends to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions for your clients.
* Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from booking schedules to post-campaign analysis, ensuring we meet and exceed client KPIs.
* Leverage editorial themes and "tentpole" moments to create unique commercial opportunities for brands.
Now, a bit about you
* You have a minimum of 3-5 years of digital sales experience, ideally within a digital publishing environment.
* You are a high achiever with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* You possess a natural ability to identify new revenue streams and a hunger for acquiring new business.
* You are a true team player who communicates with honesty and respect, and approaches feedback with curiosity and openness.
* You are audience-obsessed, always prioritizing the needs of our community and our commercial partners in your decision-making.
* You thrive in fast-paced environments and can solve problems creatively while maintaining a measured and process-driven approach.
* You have a deep engagement with industry trends and a genuine passion for the evolving media and influencer landscape.
