AFTERNOON SHIFT – Warehouse Administrator
Location: Minchinbury
Our client, a leading company within the Cold Storage, Distribution and Logistics industry, is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Administrator to support afternoon shift operations.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on administrative role within a high-volume warehouse environment. You will play a key role in supporting warehouse and transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, smooth driver flow, and high-quality customer service.
Position Brief
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Overtime where required
Monday to Friday
Pay Rate : $42.75 per hour plus overtime rates
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry into WMS (Paperless) and TMS (PWS / Bustle)
* Process customer bookings and ensure compliance with booking procedures
* Manage and respond to customer and driver emails professionally
* Provide on-site administrative support to drivers and warehouse staff
* Prepare and process paperwork for storage, cross-docking, inbound and despatch freight
* Manage container bookings and order releases
* Ensure POD compliance, delivery window compliance, and driver service standards
* Go Ramp management and driver coordination
* Prepare labels, pallet documentation, and manifests
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively
* Reporting and general administrative support as required
To Be Successful, You Must Have
* Previous experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics administration role
* Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using WMS and TMS platforms (Paperless / PWS / Bustle highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Reliable transport and punctual attendance
* Flexibility to work afternoon shifts
Pre-Employment Requirements
