Based in Campbelltown NSW or Fyshwick ACT, this role offers the chance to work with Australia's largest provider in this space.In this role, you will work closely with employers and job seekers to ensure successful apprenticeship commencements and retention. You will conduct pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring all parties are supported appropriately.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Facilitating Australian Apprentice Get Ready CheckFacilitating Employer Get Ready CheckLiaising with internal and external support servicesContributing to increasing apprenticeship commencement, retention, and completion ratesAbout YouWe are seeking a positive, adaptable, and driven individual with a passion for customer service and support. You should have experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services, and possess:Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound callsAbility to analyze, interpret, and follow guidelines and proceduresProven ability to meet targets and KPIsStrong stakeholder engagement skillsExperience influencing and negotiating in a dynamic environmentAttention to detail and accurate data entry skillsHigh computer literacy across various programsMEGT is committed to child safety and zero tolerance of discrimination, harm, or abuse.
