The Role
1. Identify complex technology business problems and opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs and network solutions.
2. Create differentiated opportunities based on Security offerings and joint go-to-market strategies developed through Accenture Security.
3. Engage with senior management at clients and within Accenture to determine pursuit strategies, develop client contact plans, and apply industry-leading security transformation practices.
4. Proactively prospect new opportunities through client account leads and direct client contact.
5. Advance opportunities through qualification to proposal stage.
6. Travel requirements: Monday-Thursday.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 5 years of Business Development experience in professional services, specifically Security Services including Identity Access Management.
* At least 5 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with a quota of $8M+.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, then at least 6 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience conceptualizing, planning, and implementing security solutions.
* Experience working with security customers and selling products like IAM, MDR, SIEM, Zero Trust, SASE.
* Strong client relationship management skills, especially with C-Level executives.
* Ability to discuss network modernization with VP+ clients and technical teams.
* Experience working with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers.
* High energy, focus, and ability to work in demanding environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Professional integrity and credibility.
