We're looking for a Territory Manager who’s ready to step into a territory with strong foundations and plenty of room to grow. Based in Newcastle, this role is suited to someone who’s proactive, confident in theatre, and ready to make a real impact through clinical partnership and smart territory strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
- Developing your territory with a clear growth strategy
- Supporting orthopaedic surgeons in-theatre with expert clinical guidance
- Building long-term partnerships with hospitals, surgeons and clinical teams
- Delivering on targets while staying focused on what matters—better patient outcomes
- Collaborating with a high-performing team who care about what they do and how they do it
What you’ll bring:
- A proactive, self-motivated approach—you take initiative and get things done
- Confidence in navigating complex or high-pressure situations with empathy and clarity
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to learn fast and apply feedback
- Sales or clinical experience is highly regarded, but we’ll support the right person with the right mindset
