As a Community Support Worker, you will need to be flexible, empathetic, and confident working autonomously while remaining focused on delivering responsive, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, household management, and domestic assistance to consumers in their homes or residential facilities.
* Assist consumers with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Prepare meals and snacks for consumers.
* Transport consumers to appointments and outings.
* Engage consumers in social activities and provide companionship.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home and Community).
* Current drivers' licence and willingness to drive.
* Current police clearances (refer police check clause).
* Contactable by telephone.
* Access to a reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle.
