About the Role
As a Sales Trainee / Cadet, you'll work alongside experienced Sales Executives and Managers while learning every part of the sales process.
You'll be trained in:
* Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
* Understanding vehicles, features, and pricing
* Supporting test drives and vehicle deliveries
* Using CRM and dealership systems
* Learning how sales negotiations work (no pressure — we train you)
* Building confidence, communication, and professional skills
