The opportunity
* Assist Service Desk with Escalated IT Support Tickets
* Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Azure
* Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations including configurations, testing and maintenance
* Diagnose faults with production systems, research and implement solutions
* Produce, evaluate and maintain systems documentation
About you
* Proven experience of Wintel systems administration
* Tertiary qualifications and/or Extensive experience in working in complex enterprise environments
* Solid experience working with Azure infrastructure and Office365 applications
* Understand security frameworks ASD Essential 8, ISO27001, NST and CIS controls
* Experience with Aruba and Palo Alto firewalls preferred
* Proficient in Exchange, VEEAM and AD in a 2019 server environment
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
