About the Role
Reporting directly to the WA Labor State Secretary, you'll take ownership of planning and executing integrated campaigns that cut through and engage audiences. From strategy and budget management to creative execution and performance analytics, this role puts you at the heart of WA Labor's digital communication efforts.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development and delivery of cross-channel advertising strategies
* Produce, edit and optimise engaging content across digital platforms
* Manage campaign budgets and maximise ROI
* Analyse KPIs, track performance, and refine tactics for ongoing success
* Ensure compliance with WA and Federal political advertising requirements
* Uphold and strengthen WA Labor's brand voice and guidelines
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar
* 3–5 years' experience in advertising/marketing, including leadership roles
* Experience in political communication
* Proficiency with Google, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
* Strong communication, creative thinking, and attention to detail
* Ability to analyse data and pivot strategies effectively
